A Visit to Heritage Museums and Gardens

Today was a beautiful Sunday morning for a tour of the gorgeous sights at Heritage Museums and Gardens. I was anxious to see if the azaleas and rhododendrons were still in bloom, and I was more than pleasantly surprised. Every turn, as I walked along the wooded paths aside the Shawme Lake and then back through the grounds, a new color presented itself.

Spohr Gardens

One of my favorite spots in Falmouth to take landscape photographs is at Spohr Gardens. Six acres of gardens are tucked away on Oyster Pond. April brings peaceful walkways full of daffodils that lead you to the pond. Great place to sit on the dock and take in the beautiful scenery all around.
